Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as purchased, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

To initiate a return, you can contact via contact form or email us (info@MellowOfficial.com). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing the order. To initiate a cancellation, you can contact us on our email. If your order is out for delivery, then we will not be able to cancel your order. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items received in good condition and damaged through negligence and items without original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy
